Founder / Engineer

Rich is a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta, CANADA. His knowledge and expertise lie in the provision of services for implementing construction systems, digitization, coordination and production of key deliverables, and the control of costs for the execution of capital projects.

Rich has worked in the capacity of a Project/Construction Engineer, Systems and Data Analyst on projects across different industry sectors such as Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, Power & Transmission and Heavy Infrastructure. With over two decades of experience and exposure, Rich brings a specialized set of skills for his clients, so they can quickly get organized and control project execution.

Rich founded CAMEOSE SOLUTIONS and developed CAMEOSE, a data-centric software application that helps organize, monitor and control costs on capital projects. Prior to developing CAMEOSE, he worked as a Construction Consultant / Data Analyst with top-notch companies providing subject matter expertise in quantitative analysis for project execution and delivery.

Rich is a keen observer and noticed the difficulties and challenges that teams faced during project execution and the limitations of systems, processes and applications. He created CAMEOSE to help fill in some of the gaps and provide flexible and affordable solutions to a range of stakeholders. 

Rich has valuable skills and knowledge in Project Management and holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India. He prides himself on being able to communicate effectively and evoke a "W O W!" response from his stakeholders. He is passionate about leading from all angles and experiences joy when he observes people utilizing their talents effectively. He is a well-read, well-informed and well-spoken individual who enjoys working with people of different backgrounds and cultures to facilitate ideas that help add value to projects and initiatives.

Rich resides in Calgary, CANADA with his family. In his spare time, he can be found wandering the beautiful trails in the Canadian Rockies.

Technical Leader

Krish has over three decades of extensive work experience as a Civil/Structural Design Specialist providing technical direction and services for Oil & Gas, Power, Mining & Metals, Industrial and Civil Infrastructure projects. This experience spans across projects on different continents resolving complex critical project issues. 

Krish is the "Go-To" person for help on technical matters and resolutions needed between the field, home office and satellite offices.

Krish is a team player and enjoys taking up challenges that other teams hesitate to do. He is ready to stand up to situations and people when critical items that have a risk of jeopardizing the project, arise. He does what needs to be done to ensure that things move forward with clarity. His quantitative knack and technical acumen ensure that CAMEOSE SOLUTIONS delivery for project stakeholders is at the highest level.

Krish resides in Calgary, CANADA and is passionate about delivering a quality experience with clients. He is an avid hiker and can be found leading crews on different hiking trails in the Rockies.
